Job Responsibilities
1. Design and Build Projects Work - To produce a Mechanical calculation sheet and Mechanical design drawing - To adjust work scope and work conditions for each project - To do the Mechanical contract drawing after the company gets the project award - To produce Mechanical application drawings and document preparation - To apply for an application submission for the project construction permit - To request & check the mechanical material & equipment quotation from the supplier - To inspect the Mechanical installation work on the company's project - To internal inspection day before the project is handed over - To prepare a mechanical design presentation - To check and review the mechanical design presentation - To check & review the mechanical engineer staff's work - To coordinate with the Architecture and structure design team to do the project design work - To attend design & estimate, submit a meeting if the assistant manager could not join - To attend the design clarification meeting 2. Tender and Bidding Project Work - To check the tender mechanical design drawing and specification - To do a Question & Answer sheet on Mechanical work - To do value Engineering and cost down list of Mechanical work - To request and check the mechanical supplier's quotation from the supplier 3. General - Self-improvement, enhancing engineering knowledge, and electrical work standards - Knowledge training through engineering institutes or organizations such as E.I.T. 4. Other tasks as assigned by the ManagerJob Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering - At least 2 years of experience in the Design and Estimation of Mechanical or Electrical Power (Air, HVAC, Pump, Fire Alarm System) for Manufacturing or Factory construction - Holding Mechanical Engineer License - Conversational Middle level in English (communication and presentation with Japanese clients) - Able to use Auto CAD
