Planning Engineer

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand forecasts, resource availability, and production capacity.

• Coordinate with procurement, inventory, and production teams to ensure materials availability and avoid bottlenecks.

• Monitor and adjust plans based on real-time production performance and unexpected disruptions.

• Optimize workflow and production processes to reduce downtime and waste.

• Ensure that products are manufactured on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

• Analyze production data and KPIs; generate reports for management review.

• Implement and improve MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and ERP systems for planning purposes.

• Maintain a strong link between sales orders and manufacturing execution to align with delivery commitments.

• Master or Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering or relating field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in planning.

• Receive the Master Plan for Production scheduling details.

• Understand BOM (Bill of Materials), Product and Process.

• Experience for capacity planning and calculation to each workstation and area.

• Good English ability.
