Sales Executive (Freight & Logistics)Location: Rama 3, BangkokWorking hours: Monday - Friday from 8:30 am - 5:30 pmWorking type: HybridAbout our clientOur client is a leading international logistics service provider with strong networks across Thailand and the CLMV region. With expertise in freight forwarding, distribution, warehousing, and value-added logistics, they are committed to delivering seamless end-to-end solutions for their customers.They are now looking for a motivated Sales Executive (Freight & Logistics) to join their growing team in Thailand.What you'll be responsible for
  • Drive sales growth in Air & Sea freight imports and exports.
  • Manage and grow key customer accounts by providing excellent service and customized solutions.
  • Identify new trade lanes and business opportunities to expand market reach.
  • Build strong relationships with international agents and industry networks.
  • Monitor costs vs. revenue to ensure profitability.
  • Develop annual business plans and provide accurate sales reports to management.
  • Ensure timely debt collection in line with company policy.
  • Represent the company at business councils and industry chambers.
What Were Looking For
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
  • Strong knowledge of Air & Sea freight (import/export, truck, regulations).
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written).
  • Own car & valid driving license (for client visits).

Reporting line
  • This role reports directly to the Sales Manager and works closely with the Head of Sales & Business Development.
What success looks like (first 6 months)
  • Achieve assigned sales targets in freight imports and exports.
  • Build strong working relationships with at least 5-10 key accounts.
  • Establish SOPs with overseas agents to improve efficiency.
  • Propose new trade lane opportunities backed by market research.
  • Maintain receivables within 35 days payment terms.
  • Represent the company professionally in industry councils and networking events.
