Since launching air ticket sales in 2019, we have rapidly expanded our footprint and are now seeking a dynamic, visionary leader to drive our Flights Supply strategy across North Asia. As a Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Agoda's competitive position in the region, leading commercial growth, and building high-impact partnerships with airlines and consolidators.This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for a senior commercial leader who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You will have the autonomy to define and execute the supply strategy for North Asia, working closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to deliver outstanding results.What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end Flights supply strategy for North Asia, positioning Agoda as the premier distribution partner for airlines, GDSs, and consolidators across Japan, Korea, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.
- Drive strategic growth through high-impact partnerships. Identify, structure, and negotiate complex commercial agreements with key supply partners. Cultivate long-term, high-value relationships that enhance Agoda's competitive advantage and deliver sustained business impact.
- Own regional supply performance. Oversee key supply metrics including inventory depth, fare competitiveness, availability, and revenue contribution. Leverage data and market intelligence to inform regional strategy, anticipate market shifts, and steer agile decision-making.
- Influence cross-functional delivery. Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Operations to scale integrations, launch innovative supply initiatives, and resolve operational challenges. Ensure alignment of supply strategy with broader company priorities.
- Build and scale organizational capability. Attract, develop, and lead a high-performing regional supply team. Establish a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement that supports long-term regional success.
- Act as a regional thought leader. Stay at the forefront of regulatory, technological, and industry developments. Represent Agoda with senior stakeholders, industry forums, and key partners across North Asia, driving advocacy and positioning the company as a category leader.
- Ensure operational excellence and risk mitigation. Oversee end-to-end partner lifecycle management-from onboarding and compliance to contract execution and operational delivery. Champion scalable systems and processes to enhance partner satisfaction and business resilience.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in the airline, OTA, or travel technology sectors, with a strong track record in supply, commercial negotiations, and partner management.
- Proven ability to develop and execute regional strategies, leveraging data and analytics to drive business decisions and performance.
- Fluent English communication skills; Mandarin language ability is a plus!
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Hands-on, results-driven, and comfortable with both strategic planning and tactical execution.
