Facilities & Maintenance Engineer (SPX Express) - Fresh Graduate are welcome

• Manage and provide property repairing solutions
• Make decision on repairing
• Manage and fix property's damages (Received case from Lessor/Ground Team)
• Manage property termination cases
• Negotiate with landlord for property maintenance and termination
• Improve property termination processes
• Manage subcontractor in planned schedule work

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred
• Excellent in communication, negotiating, and co-ordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Basic Microsoft Office/Google Gsuite is required
• Can-do attitude, Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Fresh Graduate are welcome
• **Frequent travelling is required**
• Able to drive a car (travelling cost can be reimbursed)
