Job Responsibilities
- Calculate the total cost of the work based on design drawings and specifications, including materials, quantities, labor, and time. - Lead and coordinate the Quantity Surveying team to ensure smooth preparation of cost estimates and documentation. - Oversee the preparation of Quantity Take-off for As-built Quantity. - Manage variation order claims and ensure accurate cost calculations. - Prepare and manage quotations, tender documents, and other related paperwork. - Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose corrective actions. - Provide guidance and support to junior team members. - Other tasks as assignedJob Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree in engineering - 7-10 years experience in quantity survey work for civil and architect - At least 1 year of Management experience - Conversational level of English (For document) - Ability to be in charge of overall quantity survey. - Knowledge of concerns to quantity survey work for civil and architect. - Proficiency in using Excel ※Candidates with sufficient experience as a Quantity Surveyor are also eligible to apply, even if their position is Project Manager or similar.
Preferable Skill / Experience
- Experience in QS for a Japanese general contractor.
