Sriracha Chonburi【Job Description】
- Identify and approach new clients to expand the customer base; grow business with existing clients.
- Manage sales pipeline strategically to meet business development targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through visits, calls, and regular communication.
- Retain and grow existing accounts with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Gather client feedback and resolve concerns to strengthen relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams and overseas agents to ensure smooth operations and develop tailored solutions
- Other related tasks as assigned.【Qualification】
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales, business development, or freight forwarding.
- Knowledge of Ocean Freight, Air Freight, Shipping, and NVOCC.
- Proficient in English (TOEIC 700+) and Chinese (HSK5).
- Skilled in MS Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot) and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Target-driven, customer-focused, hardworking, and mature.【Allowance & Benefit】
