- Lead the design, implementation, and administration of company benefits and welfare programs
- Consolidate and supervise payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and internal policies
- Support audits, reporting, and HR data management
- Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and employee services
- Lead and develop a team of payroll professionals
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in HR operations, with a strong focus on C&B and payroll
- Background in medium to large organizations with structured HR practices
- In-depth knowledge of Thai labor laws and payroll regulations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and process-driven
- Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
