You'll work alongside supportive and detail-oriented teammates.You'll play a vital role in ensuring that our Service technicians are equipped with the skills and knowledge they need to meet Alstom's competency standards. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Training Managers, Trainers, Maintenance Planners, Depot Managers), coordinate training logistics, and maintain training records and schedules, among other responsibilities.You'll specifically take care of training administration and logistics, but also ensure compliance with government safety training requirements.We'll look to you for:Collaborating with the Training Manager and other stakeholders to achieve successful training course enrolmentExecuting all aspects of training administration and logisticsSubmitting training reports to government sectors for safety training coursesWorking with training vendors for procurement processes and readinessCoordinating and securing training facilitiesTracking and updating training records and schedulesEnsuring all technical training materials, schedules, venues, and resources are in place for successful deliverySupporting the issuance of training certificatesPromoting and supporting Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards in the workplaceAssisting with other projects as assigned by the Training ManagerAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
