Provide legal advice and support to the executive team and other departments.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations.
Manage legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate potential issues.
Oversee and manage relationships with external legal counsel.
Support corporate governance and provide guidance on regulatory matters.
Develop and implement internal policies to ensure legal compliance.
Handle disputes, litigation, and other legal proceedings as required.
The Successful Applicant
A law degree from a recognised institution and relevant professional qualifications.
Significant experience in legal roles, preferably within the services industry.
Strong knowledge of local and international regulations affecting the sector.
Excellent contract negotiation and drafting skills.
The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
