Print and Graphics Developer Specialist

• Maintain Development request S/O by Graphics/Art Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and complete review including provide feedback to garment factory.
• Train and certified for onsite factories for Screen print technical to factory including PCC.
• Develop new Print technique including general price basic support TPA and PCC for standard
• Support end-to-end component & embellishment development process that enables and elevates innovation, productivity, efficiency, quality, and profitability.
• Receive and review submits sample development from nominated suppliers prior to reviewing and provide comment completely on time.
• Ability to negotiate costs and MOQ's with suppliers including update RMDS on tracker.
• Own communication Channel between development team and nominated suppliers.
• Work cross-functionally with Sourcing, Merchandising, Product Integrity, and Design on any counter-sourcing needs, costing or testing challenges.
• Collaborate with TPA color team and PCC on all component/embellishment color reviews.
• Support Decoration technical knowhow daily with internal departments and external partners to answers question and helps resolve issues (Screen print/sub/heat).
• Support T1/T2 for Initiate requests for art with Production Art Schedulers, if artwork is not available on Air Table
• Troubleshooting to the factory for solving issue.
• Initiate development testing in partnership with EH PCC & oversee vendor communication until testing passes
• Work closely with the PI team co-ordinate for comment relate due to production.
• Work closely with PD for Decoration Sample Review comment and update tracker including comment sheet to feedback to T1 (Proto/PPS/QRS/TOP)
• Work closely with WH team for share information develop/cost and any relate due to job functional.
• Ink suppliers develop and initial cost B/D in general to support team (special program)
• Work at project assign by Director of Material team and TPA team.
• Good communication basis support for all Vendor and supplier.

• Bachelor's Degree in apparel/textile and or a related field
• 3-5 years office and/or production art experience preferred.
• Advanced Adobe Illustrator skills
• Must score superior on Farnsworth-Munsell 100 Hue test (measures eye's color accuracy)
• Strong work ethic, quick learner and ability to work with a fast-paced team
• Requires minimal direction and can work independently
• Detail oriented
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
