Manage end-to-end implementation of Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM), including but not limited to the areas of Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Planning & Budgeting, Cash & Liquidity management and Intercompany processes. Ensure timely delivery within budgeted cost and quality.Job Responsibilities:
  • Support in developing implementation strategy for FSCM initiatives.
  • Develop project plan and monitor progress against schedule.
  • Work closely with business units on requirements gathering and solution design.
  • Provide functional support during system configuration, testing and user acceptance testing.
  • Conduct training sessions to educate users on new systems and processes.
  • Manage relationships with vendors/implementation partners.
  • Monitor post go-live activities such as production support and enhancements.
Job Qualifications:
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any fields.
  • At least 10 years of experience in implementing financial supply chain solutions.
  • Strong understanding of order-to-cash, record-to-report, planning & budgeting and cash & liquidity management processes.
  • Experience working with large multinational companies.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Detail oriented and organized with strong analytical skills.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of Oracle EBS or other ERP systems is preferred.
