- Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
- To support Microsoft product M365 such as MS team, One drive and Outlook
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Talk staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- Manages and supports initiative related with IT.
- Work closely with infrastructure Manager and regional team to deploy and execute required activity
- Coordinates with external IT suppliers to delivery work and service
- Develop and monitors the budget vs actual for BKK site
- Maintain IT asset inventory at BKK site coordinates with procurement and suppliers for Contract and agreements to ordering related items.
- Evaluation and Feasibility studies to prepare proposals related to IT operation at BKK site.
- Acts as gate keeper for safeguarding IT Security at BKK site.
- Ensures Infrastructure continuity and IT security are in place for BKK site.
- Coach and mentor team members
- Coordinating with other departments within the organization to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Developing and implementing new technology solutions for the business as needed
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or IT related fields
- 5 - 7 years' experience in IT support and IT infrastructure.
- Able to understand customer contracts, Service Level Agreement, and Scopes of work.
- Good Troubleshooting skills and Service mind.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure and time constrain.
- Able to work in shift and overtime.
