lesson learnt implementation, HSE training, suggestion, near miss report, safety week, wear proper PPE."
Conduct Risk Assessments on activities within their department ensuring that the methods and systems of work are safe. Also, that the necessary procedures, rules and regulations designed to achieve this are formulated, published and applied.
Ability to report and consult with key managers (MD, PD, CM, FC) on critical financial issues
Commercial acumen
Ability to work with various cross-functional teams including regional and international teams
Managerial competence to work within the general goals and direction provided by managerial team
Qualifications (Education, Skills, and Experiences)
Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, Engineering, Finance or related field
At least 5 years’ experience related to Financial Management or Project Management in a manufacturing environment is preferred
English communication both of speaking and written
