• Drive new business in component manufacturing by hunting for opportunities in high mix low-volume business with an aggressive, target-focused mindset particularly in access hardware applications
• Application-focused and value-Based Selling by performing customer-centric solutions through a consultative sales approach combining application knowledge, value selling, and tailored offerings.
• Working closely with a proactive sales team, mentoring and guiding them in best practices for relationship building and business execution.
• Cross-Functional Communication & Reporting by liaising directly with the line manage to ensure seamless alignment between operations and leadership expectations.
• Navigate and overcome internal process challenges by working effectively with both manual systems and evolving digital work flows.

• Background in application and solution selling within the manufacturing or component sector, ideally with a global or regional MNC.
• Demonstrates persistence in achieving targets, proactive lead generation with hunter mindset and agility in navigating high-mix, low-volume sales environments.
• Knowledge of mechanical components with the ability to localise or customise solutions via sourcing networks.
• Capable of guiding and inspiring peers and adapt at building customer relationships and modelling best practices in a hands-on sales environment.
• Good mindset of leadership with ability to manage the sales team.
• English communication skill is must.
