Responsibilities include KPI monitoring, cross-functional coordination, and delivering insights to internal teams and customers.

- Analyse operational data to identify process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve workflow or performance gaps
- Create dashboards and performance reports for internal use and client presentation
- Conduct root cause analysis and lead corrective/preventive actions for operational issues
- Facilitate daily and monthly performance reviews with internal teams and external customers
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with business goals
- Present operational performance and improvement progress to customers and management
- Train and coach staff on process improvements and data analysis tools
- Collaborate with IT and system support teams to optimize system functionalities and reporting accuracy
- Evaluate cost-saving opportunities and propose process or system enhancements
- Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements
- Participate in internal and external audits and drive closure of any non-conformities
- Strong proficiency in Excel, data analysis tools, and dashboard reporting
- Experience with WMS or similar ERP systems
- Solid understanding of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and presentation skills, especially in presenting performance to customer by daily and monthly
- Proactive mindset with a passion for process improvement and operational efficiency
