Serve as the overall coordinator for Operations Efficiency implementation.
Facilitate discussions to make site-level challenges visible and actionable by leadership.
Identify and escalate operational issues and bottlenecks to leadership for timely resolution.
Drive productivity and process improvement initiatives across all operational areas.
Conduct daily consultative sessions with teams or individuals to support small group activities.
Ensure the Operations Efficiency master plan remains on track and aligned with site goals.
Collaborate closely with other Operations Efficiency leaders to share and implement best practices.
Oversee the site's pillar review process to ensure consistent application of the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle.
Lead the Leadership Pillar Team (LPT) meetings to address site-wide barriers to progress or to refine pillar strategies
Provide daily consultation and support to the Site Leader, Department Managers, Pillar Owners, teams, and individuals.
Lead the promotion, communication, and education of Operations Efficiency principles and practices throughout the site.
Ensure that standardized work processes are in place to promote knowledge reapplication and consistency across departments.
Lead and manage change initiatives to successfully implement Operations Efficiency practices across all factory departments to enhance organizational performance and effectiveness.
Responsible for site-wide safety management, including conducting inspections, leading investigations, implementing corrective and preventive actions, and reporting safety incidents.
Accountable for promoting workplace health and safety (WISE), product quality and commitment (iCare), environmental sustainability (Nature), and ethical business practices (Compliance @ SN)..
Qualifications:
Good command of English, both written and verbal.
Strong analytical and process development capabilities.
Highly structured, detail-oriented, and organized working style.
Strong sense of accountability and ownership, consistently leading by example.
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Skilled coach and mentor, able to adapt style to suit various team dynamics and situations.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
Effective in facilitating strategic planning, tactical execution, and performance progress reviews.
Proficient in project management, including risk analysis, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Energetic, proactive, and highly motivated—acts as a catalyst for driving the Operations Efficiency program forward.
Demonstrated leadership competencies, including decision-making, vision-setting, and cross-functional collaboration.
Expert in Lean methodologies, with hands-on experience applying tools such as Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, and Root Cause Analysis.
Extensive knowledge of ISO, HACCP, GMP, Safety, and Environmental systems; certified LEAN Master and/or Six Sigma practitioner preferred.
Proven leadership in executing Operations Efficiency phase and pillar assessments, with deep knowledge of relevant work processes and tools..
