Job Responsibilities
- 50% of new clients and 50% of existing clients are from the Chinese company [main], with the remainder coming from other manufacturing sectors, including automotive, aerospace, mold & die, and general engineering. - Build and manage relationships with distributors, agents, and key industrial accounts. - Provide interpretation and translation as needed for internal and customer communication - Sales and Technical Promotion - Promote and sell cutting tools, including carbide inserts, CBN inserts, end mills, and turning tools. - Work with technical teams to deliver solutions and recommendations to customers. - Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and technical events - Support marketing campaigns and local product launches - Provide regular updates on market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance. - Coordinate with logistics, technical support, and product teams to serve customer needs effectively - Visit the client 4 days/week at Rayong, Chonburi - Other tasks as assigned.Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Bachelor of Business Administration, mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field - At least 1 year of experience in the sales Engineer or sales B2B to manufacturing - Conversational high level of Chinese or HSK4 up - Conversation in High English level (for documents, email, and meeting overseas clients sometimes) - Able to visit the client 5 days/week and meet at the Head office every Monday - Able to visit the client in China - Have own car with a driving license
