Contributes to the execution of business strategies for all people related matters by consulting for a best fit application of HR policies and tools as a strategic Business Partner. Defines and executes an HR roadmap for related business areas. Coaches and supports Management and consults employees. Coordinates core HR processes in assigned business.Job Description
In your new role you will:
  • Work side-by-side with managers to coach them in people matters, adapt, and deploy people strategy to the needs of the local business.
  • Contribute actively to executing the business strategy to best consult the local management teams
  • Focus on all people related matters by consulting for best fit application of HR policies and tools
  • Provide guidance on transactional HR topics
  • Advise talents on career
  • Advise managers and employees on people development e.g. implement and facilitate the HR cycle, leadership development, organization development and transformation
  • Delivers ideas, tools, data and diagnostics to the local managers
  • Facilitate feedback sessions, e.g. leadership dialog
  • Handle difficult issues in compliance and employee relations
  • Support managers in developing their leadership teams
  • Owns the governance for HR topics, e.g. job grading, compensation decisions, recruiting decisions, diversity & inclusion
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business or equivalent fields of study
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry
  • Proficient in both English and Thai languages
  • In-depth knowledge in HR business partnering and basic knowledge of related disciplines
  • Good understanding of Thai labor law and local best practices
  • Excellent communication, people engagement and facilitation skills
  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience or train junior HR team members
  • Able to work independently
