Develop and implement strategies for product development and innovation within the VMI domain.
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of product initiatives.
Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge
Lead end-to-end deployment of VMI solutions, ensuring smooth integration with existing platforms
Identify and implement process improvements to boost inventory efficiency and reduce operational costs
Deliver training and support to internal teams and customers on VMI features and best-use practices
Evaluate product risks and develop preventive strategies to avoid disruption during development and rollout
Ensure VMI solutions remain relevant, scalable, and aligned with evolving business objectives
The Successful Applicant
Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management within the transport and distribution industry.
Strong knowledge of vendor-managed inventory (VMI) systems and processes.
Ability to develop and implement strategic plans effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
