Sales Engineer is responsible for generating leads, presenting and demonstrating products, negotiating with clients, and achieving sales targets. The role bridges technical understanding with client-facing sales efforts.Key Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up on sales leads
Conduct product presentations and demos
Negotiate with clients and close deals
Prepare and approve sales quotations
Coordinate across divisions to ensure order fulfillment and payment
Report regularly (daily, weekly, monthly) on sales activity and performance
Maintain client records and attend internal sales meetings
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any major)
1-3 years of sales experience, ideally in industrial products
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Proactive, reliable, and ethical
Strong presentation and customer service abilities
Comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
