Job description
- Develop scripts and tools for software deployment, backup, migration, and patching.
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards integrated with Microsoft Fabric.
- Provide user support through multiple channels, including phone, email, and in-person assistance.
- Monitor application performance, utilization, and cost to ensure efficiency.
- Handle incident management, document solutions, and conduct root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with developers, IT teams, and vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
- Maintain technical documentation and an up-to-date knowledge base.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in cloud-based applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in software development or application support (preferred).
- Knowledge of cloud deployment (Azure experience is a plus).
- Hands-on experience with Power BI dashboards and Microsoft Fabric integration.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Able to work independently in fast-paced environments.
