Job description
  • Develop scripts and tools for software deployment, backup, migration, and patching.
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards integrated with Microsoft Fabric.
  • Provide user support through multiple channels, including phone, email, and in-person assistance.
  • Monitor application performance, utilization, and cost to ensure efficiency.
  • Handle incident management, document solutions, and conduct root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with developers, IT teams, and vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Maintain technical documentation and an up-to-date knowledge base.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in cloud-based applications.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in software development or application support (preferred).
  • Knowledge of cloud deployment (Azure experience is a plus).
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI dashboards and Microsoft Fabric integration.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Able to work independently in fast-paced environments.
