To provide excellent customer service to all insurance customers via inbound/outbound calls and live chat in a polite, professional manner. To answer general enquiries regarding life & non-life insurance products. To assist policyholders in submitting claims for both life and non-life insurance. To ensure smooth claim process by communicating with insurers on behalf of policyholders. To make out payment voucher or cheque upon approval of claims. To issue policies for customers who purchase insurance through various channels.Responsibilities:
1. Provide information and assistance to customers regarding Life and Non-Life insurance products, including but not limited to; coverage details, premium payments, benefits, exclusions, terms and conditions.
2. Processing of insurance claims within the agreed SLA and compliance to regulatory guidelines.
3. Liaise with insurance companies for claim approvals and payment processes.
4. Making out cheques and prepare documents for customers' records.
5. Policy issuance process for customers who purchased insurance through various channels.
6. Keep up to date with product knowledge and enhancements, as well as any changes in procedures and systems.
7. Comply with company’s code of conduct, policies and regulations at all times.
8. Adhere to company’s risk management policies and guidelines.
9. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including data privacy legislation.
10. Carry out other duties as assigned by supervisors.Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in any field
- At least 3 year-experience in selling and marketing, secured product
- Good knowledge in secured product and real estate business
- Credit analysis
- Selling technique
- Negotiation skill
- Marketing activities
- Good written and oral communication in Thai
- Good interpersonal skill
