Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain company websites, ensuring functionality, usability, and performance.
  • Develop, edit, and update web pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams to translate creative ideas into interactive and engaging web experiences.
  • Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize for speed, SEO, and accessibility.
  • Ensure websites are mobile-responsive and cross-browser compatible.
  • Implement UI/UX best practices to enhance customer journeys and site engagement.
  • Regularly update web content, banners, and campaigns in line with business requirements.
  • Manage web analytics tools to track performance and provide insights for improvement.
  • Ensure website security, backups, and compliance with web standards.
  • Stay up to date with emerging web technologies, tools, and design trends.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Multimedia, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Webmaster, Web Administrator, or Frontend Web Developer.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Understanding of web design principles, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Joomla) is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and web performance optimization.
  • Creativity and an eye for design with the ability to bring fresh ideas to digital experiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
