The company is expanding its presence in Thailand through direct consumer and retail channel sales.Role PurposeThe Field Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of residential solar and storage products through retail outlets, dealers, and direct consumer engagement. This is a hands-on role focused on achieving sales targets, expanding market coverage, and building long-term relationships with channel partners.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, recruit, and train installers/agents while building long-term strategic partnerships to expand market coverage.Collaborate with regional managers to implement localized channel growth plans and achieve sales targets.Conduct regular product training and provide sales tools to improve partners' technical knowledge and performance.Research industry trends, analyze competitor activities, and provide insights to support business decisions.Coordinate cross-functional teams to guarantee smooth order processing, technical support, and after-sales service.Provide language support and maintain relationships with partners, government agencies, and industry associations.RequirementsThai speaker with good English or Mandarin Chinese communication skills5+ years of experience in the renewable energy industry or residential-scenario products business development (household electrical appliances), with priority given to those with experience in the photovoltaic, energy storage, or power industriesExperience in channel management, installer expansion, B2C sales(Home appliances, real estate/properties, comsumer electrical products industries), and market development is preferredStrong interpersonal and negotiation skills, comfortable engaging directly with end consumersBasic understanding of technical products; experience in solar, energy storage, or electrical equipment is a plusProactive and target-driven, willing to travel frequently within assigned territory
