You will be instrumental in overseeing these accounts, enhancing them by proposing new products and services, making strategic recommendations, and serving as the key link between the support and business development teams. Your responsibilities include ensuring client issues are resolved promptly and maintaining high client satisfaction through consistent feedback.About the RoleWe are looking for someone who is first and foremost a natural people person, with great communication, organization and problem solving skills. Naturally curious, you will be proactive in making clients' accounts better, keeping constant communication and data updates accurate and flowing, and be able to foresee solutions that elevate client accounts based on your regular communications with them.This is a role for someone who has proven experience working in digital signage or technology solutions with Thai based clients. You will be systems literate, Thai and English language fluent to native level, and be able to make quick well thought out decisions as well as collaborate effectively with other departments to provide fast solutions that work.A typical day might look like the following:
Strategic Account Growth: Work with business development in attending regular client meetings to better understand what clients are looking for and their long term objectives, before products and solutions are confirmed.
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary strategic contact for key accounts in Thailand. You will oversee and manage core accounts from initial sale to implementation, and work closely with the support team in managing proactively any front line non technical issues with the client.
Account Elevation: Look for new opportunities to elevate existing accounts through offering missing solutions that we offer which address their concerns and needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments ensuring all aspects of the clients interaction with Giant Pumpkin is seamless, and any issues quickly resolved and communication consistent with the client.
Performance & Insights: Lead regular strategic business reviews with key clients, presenting performance insights, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing new initiatives.
Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and analyze key account performance metrics, providing regular reports and strategic recommendations to both clients and internal stakeholders.
Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to inform account strategies and identify new growth areas.

RequirementsWho Are We Looking For:
Time in the Trenches in Thailand: We are talking a minimum 3 years Thai account management experience ideally within the digital signage or technology solutions space.
Proactive and Highly Organized: You are able to prioritize with ease, ensure account details are accurate in real time, and can manage multiple accounts fluidly.
Driven by Purpose: You want to see consistent improvement and be part of its successful delivery.
Systems Savvy: You will be comfortable using both CRMs to track your performance and understand client accounts from a data perspective, and capable of preparing and presenting presentations as required internally to the team and to external clients.
Note: This role is not for new graduates, nor is it a digital marketing role. Applicants must have both native level fluency in Thai and English languages as well as already be working and living in Thailand. Relocation and work permits / visas are exempt from this role.Benefits
