Job Responsibilities
- Preparation of customs declarations (5-10 cases per day) - Verification of customs declarations (double-checking documents prepared by two EDI staff) - Responding to client inquiries regarding HS codes, FTA, and Anti-Dumping (AD) regulations - ISO compliance activities - Other tasks assigned by the ManagerJob Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
- At least 7 years of experience in customs clearance in the logistics industry - Holding a Customs Specialist qualification is a mandatory requirement - Has experience handling clients in the chemical and/or steel industries in customs clearance operations. - Conversational-middle of English to use only email
Preferable Skill / Experience
- Having experience working in Japanese companies - Experience in handling FTA, AD, and BOI customs procedures is a plus - Experience using Thai Customs' e-Customs system
