Job Description

  • Ensuring systems are functioning properly by monitoring and maintaining operational systems, networks.
  • Identifying and resolving potential issues before they affect users.
  • Running tests to ensure everything works smoothly, and maintaining updates and patches.
  • Communicating with external vendors for troubleshooting
  • Creating accounts for new staff, assign permissions, and helping with first-time login setups.
  • Ensuring employees understand the login process and can access the resources they need.
