Job responsibilities
- Manage the team members - Make a sales plan, sales promotion guidelines and formulate overall sales and marketing strategies in the short, medium, and long terms to be used as operational plans to achieve success according to the organization's goals. - Study and analyze the situation, market trends, customer groups, including competitor information for use in sales planning including defining target customers. - Consider the further strategy with Japanese MD - Solve the problems related to sales activity or internal issue - Report to CEO daily or monthly sales progress - Other tasks as assignedJob Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 40 - 52 years old - Bachelor's degree ・More than bachelor's degree ・More than 5 years experience as sales staff in Home appliances or Consumer electronics industry ・Having experience of management for 7-10 subordinates ・Conversational high level of English ・Having personal car
