Manage high net worth clients’ relationships to deliver exceptional service standards and drive business growth through cross-selling of banking products and services.Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations for all aspects of customer relationship management in accordance with agreed service standards.
- Deliver outstanding client experience by providing proactive, innovative solutions to meet clients’ needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring retention and deepening of client relationships.
- Identify opportunities to sell banking products and services to customers, including loans, deposits, credit cards, investment advisory services, etc.
- Promote and introduce new banking products and services to target clients as appropriate.
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences to relevant departments within the bank to improve product offerings and services.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to financial transactions, Anti Money Laundering, Counter Terrorist Financing, Proliferation Financing and Sanctions requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent work experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in a commercial bank or other financial institution.
- Experience in managing customer relationships at senior executive level.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams.
- Sound knowledge of banking products and services.
- Good understanding of financial markets and economic conditions.
- Knowledge of risk management principles and practices.
- Experience in sales and marketing techniques.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and identify patterns and trends.
