
Marketing Specialist (Sport Channel Programming)

- Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly programming grids for sports channels (e.g., Ball Thai 1–31).
- Ensure optimal utilization of live rights, replays, highlight packages, and studio content.
- Coordinate with content acquisition, live production, and post-production teams to ensure content readiness and alignment.
- Monitor ratings, viewer feedback, and channel performance to adjust scheduling strategies.
- Ensure compliance with content rights, blackout rules, and regulatory requirements.
- Support development of special event programming and strategic tentpole content.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Media Studies, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in programming or scheduling for TV, cable, or digital platforms.
- Understanding of sports content, event cycles, and scheduling logic.
- Detail-oriented with strong planning and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Excel and scheduling/planning software tools.
- Experience in managing EPG and metadata for OTT/IPTV platforms.
- Familiarity with Thai and international sports properties and fan behaviors.
