  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for educators, institutions, and internal teams on ESL products and digital tools.

  • Support onboarding of new clients by guiding them through product features and best practices for implementation.

  • Monitor usage patterns and training effectiveness to continuously refine training approaches.
  • Attend and present at education conferences, webinars, and professional development events.
  • Stay updated with trends in ESL education, EdTech, and digital learning strategies.
