• SMART Global Logistics Co.,Ltd รายละเอียดงานรายละเอียดบริษัท : To develop sustainable business ( export and import service both sea and air ) To work with export and import customers and manage their logistics. Duties : • Overseas contact for rate request after get information from Sales Executive. • Prepare official quotation and submit to customer on time line. • Help to provide sales lead for Sales Executive in order to submit to overseas on time line. • Help to promote growth of SMART Global Logistics Co.,Ltd business by phone call if customer request more information. • Support Sales Executive in term of follow customer documentation for new customer/new instruction such as customer company register, Por Por 20 and others document relating to customs clearance process. • Handling new inquiries and issuing quotations to customers. • Providing on-going support along with coordinating with operations team for all current shipments to ensure that all customers' requirements are met. • Booking space with shipping lines, airlines, and couriers. • Dealing with overseas agents • Feedback situation to customers and give them issued documents in process • Contact to shipper and consignee and oversea branch •

• Qualifications: • Thai nations, Male, Female age between 22-30 years old • Bachelor's degree in any related field • Experience: At least 2 years direct experience in general freight and/or project logistics forwarding • Good command in Thai and English . • Team player with proven ability to work under pressure. • Ms Microsoft : Word, Excel, & PowerPoint. • Good interpersonal skills and negotiating skills. • Enthusiastic and pro-active in all aspects of work • Detail oriented with strong planning, and analytical skills.
