Join a leading electronics manufacturer specializing in advanced optical and transceiver products. We're looking for an experienced Senior Test Engineering Manager to lead test operations, improve yield, and drive technical excellence in a high-tech production environment.What Youll Do:
Lead and develop a team of test engineers and technicians
Monitor test yield and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Conduct root cause analysis and manage failure analysis processes
Oversee test software installation and compliance with process standards
Manage budgeting and resource planning
Ensure testing processes meet customer expectations and quality standardsWhat Were Looking For:
710 years of experience in electronics testing within EMS or related manufacturing
Strong knowledge of circuit design, electronics testing, and troubleshooting
Hands-on experience with optical or transceiver products
Strong documentation and communication skills
Good command of EnglishPackage & Schedule:
Salary: THB 100,000 150,000/month
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 17:00
Location: Chonburi Plant (Eastern Seaboard Area)
