As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing strategic accounts and driving commercial growth in the beverage, confectionery, and sweet categories. You will deliver Ingredion’s Texture & Healthful Solutions by building strong customer partnerships, co-creating innovative solutions, and achieving business objectives through cross-functional collaboration and market insight.What you will do :Develop and manage strategic key accounts in beverage, confectionery, and sweet categoriesCreate and execute account plans aligned with Ingredion’s Texture & Healthful Solutions strategyLead pricing actions, contract negotiations, and customer retention programsPartner with marketing, technical, and innovation teams to deliver customer-preferred solutionsOrganize and present at roadshows, presentations, and tradeshows to showcase Ingredion’s capabilitiesProvide consultative selling support during product development and commercialization processesAnalyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunitiesMaintain accurate records and project tracking using CRM tools such as SalesforceWhat you will bring :Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related fieldMinimum of 7 years’ experience in selling food ingredientsStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsFluency in English (spoken and written)Valid driving license with no major offensesWho you are :Customer-focused with the ability to anticipate and meet client needsStrategic thinker who aligns customer objectives with business goalsStrong collaborator, able to work effectively across functions and culturesAdaptable in dynamic market environmentsAnalytical problem-solver with a solution-oriented mindsetSelf-motivated with resilience and drive to achieve resultsWhy Join Ingredion?
