- Gather and analyze requirements to evaluate the impact on existing system functionalities, ensuring comprehensive understanding of proposed changes
- Design, develop, test, and maintain robust and scalable .NET applications in accordance with industry best practices and coding standards
- Ensure high performance, scalability, and availability of the applications by implementing efficient code and optimized system architecture
- Work closely with business users, and Tech Lead to translate business requirements into technical specifications and effective system solutions
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers throughout the software development lifecycle
- Manage all technical aspects of assigned projects, including planning, system design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure that the application meets the required quality standards and passes all functional and performance tests
- Support and lead the implementation of projects such as CMS (Content Management System) and Reward systems, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with business needs
- Perform system and application monitoring, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues to ensure system integrity and minimal downtime
- Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and deployment guides to support application lifecycle and knowledge sharing
- Participate in code reviews, refactoring efforts, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance code quality and maintainability
- Stay up-to-date with emerging .NET technologies and software development trends to continuously enhance technical capabilities and recommend innovations
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, ICT, IT or any related technical field
- At least 5 years of experience with C#.NET, MVC4/5, CSS, HTML, jQuery, JSON, AJAX, Entity Framework 5/6, LINQ
- Skillful in C#.NET and PL/SQL
- Able to work well as a SA to support Tech Lead when required
- Experience in Oracle SQL, PL SQL/Stored Procedure, SQL Plus, SQL Loader databases
- Understanding of the related application/data/programming system
- Knowledge and project experience in Banking/Financial Institute is a plus
- Effective business logic mind-set with a good attitude
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good prioritization, coordination, and negotiation skills
- Able and flexible to deal with documentation
- Fluent in Thai with the ability to communicate in English
