Engineering Project ManagerWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Engineering Project Manager to lead and oversee all engineering-related projects in our FMCG manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering a broad range of engineering projects including construction, machine installation, facility maintenance, and cost-saving initiatives. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that projects are executed on time, within budget, and in alignment with business and operational goals.Key Responsibilities: * Project Management:
  • Lead end-to-end execution of engineering projects including construction, utilities upgrades, machine installation, plant expansion, and infrastructure improvement.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budget.
  • Manage project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as operations, maintenance, production, procurement, and EHS.
  • Coordinate with external contractors, consultants, and vendors.
  • Budget & Cost Management:
  • Develop and manage capital and operational expenditure for engineering projects.
  • Lead cost-saving initiatives and implement continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Compliance & Safety:
  • Ensure compliance with all local regulatory, quality, and safety standards.
  • Promote best practices in engineering standards and preventive maintenance.
  • Performance Tracking:
  • Monitor project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Report progress to senior management and adjust project plans as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in project management within FMCG manufacturing industries.
  • Proven track record in managing engineering projects.
  • PMP certification or equivalent is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
