Engineering Project ManagerWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Engineering Project Manager to lead and oversee all engineering-related projects in our FMCG manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering a broad range of engineering projects including construction, machine installation, facility maintenance, and cost-saving initiatives. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that projects are executed on time, within budget, and in alignment with business and operational goals.Key Responsibilities: * Project Management:
Lead end-to-end execution of engineering projects including construction, utilities upgrades, machine installation, plant expansion, and infrastructure improvement.
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budget.
Manage project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as operations, maintenance, production, procurement, and EHS.
Coordinate with external contractors, consultants, and vendors.
Budget & Cost Management:
Develop and manage capital and operational expenditure for engineering projects.
Lead cost-saving initiatives and implement continuous improvement methodologies.
Compliance & Safety:
Ensure compliance with all local regulatory, quality, and safety standards.
Promote best practices in engineering standards and preventive maintenance.
Performance Tracking:
Monitor project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
Report progress to senior management and adjust project plans as necessary.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
Minimum 8 years of experience in project management within FMCG manufacturing industries.
Proven track record in managing engineering projects.
PMP certification or equivalent is an advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
