Engineer Test Engineering

In your new role you will:
- Support test program change for quality, yield and test time improvement
- Works with Product Engineer to define the issue related to test programing order to improve yield and test time reduction for NPI and legacy products
- Resolves test program issues in order to support engineering and production requirement
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Educational : A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, computer engineering, Solid State Electronic, communication or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong technical skills, including knowledge of hardware and software testing, test equipment operation, programming languages commonly used (Ex. C, C++, Unix, Python) and Experience with data analysis and statistical process control (SPC) tools.
- Communication Skills: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design engineers, manufacturing personnel, and quality assurance teams.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Able to adept at identifying, analyzing, and resolving technical issues related to product testing. This requires strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting skills, and attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal skills, Growth mindset, Be open mind and be willing to learn new thing, Be willing to share task values to team and other people in organization, Be willing to give a constructive feedback
- Continuous Learning: Given the rapid evolution of technology, a willingness to learn and adapt to new testing methodologies, tools
- "Industry Experience : 0-1 years of experience in a related field, such as product engineering, test engineering, or manufacturing engineering.
- Experience working in a semiconductor manufacturing environment is highly desirable"
