Sales Staff - Car Leasing

About the CompanyAuto LeasingJob Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with both Japanese and non-Japanese corporate clients.
Promote and sell maintenance-inclusive auto leasing services, including passenger cars, luxury vehicles, electric vehicles (EVs), and trucks.
Conduct new business development through client visits, networking, and referrals.
Manage and expand relationships with existing customers, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
Coordinate with internal departments such as operations, maintenance, and finance to ensure smooth service delivery.
Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and leasing contracts based on client needs.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Experience requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics or any relevant business course
Minimum 2 years relevant work in sales, marketing
If having experience in car rental or car leasing business will be an advantage
Fair command of English
