We are seeking an experienced, hands-on professional to oversee marketing, sales, and production operations in our Chiang Mai ornamental plant tissue culture laboratory.You will join a small team of professionals where the work is engaging, meaningful, and enjoyable-ideal for someone who thrives on precision tasks. You'll work closely with a friendly, like-minded team of both Thai and global colleagues.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Sales Management
Plan and execute B2B and B2C marketing campaigns (especially social media)
Supervise and support the existing sales representative
Drive sales growth and customer engagement across channelsProduction Oversight
Manage daily production activities (conducted by an experienced technician)
Maintain and optimize inventory, order tracking, and production records
Coordinate between sales and production to meet demandQualifications
Proven experience in a related role (horticulture, biotech, agri-business, or similar)
Strong understanding of plant production and/or commercial plant sales
Leadership skills with team management experience
Proficiency in Thai and English (spoken and written)Benefits:
