Oversee cross-functional collaboration in shaping menu vision, integrating consumer trends, and delivering outstanding consumer experiences.
Full product development (end-to-end process), building business strategy, creativity innovative new product, and product life cycle management
Cross-functional Leadership, Team Management and Development
Working in tandem with both internal team and supplier to developing new product prototype to meet brand strategy, consumer expectation, target margin, all sale channels, and marketing calendar
Lead conduct consumer test and product evaluation to ensure products meet consumer expectation.
Risk & Quality Management
Lead develops and design process and test equipment set point for new product with ensure comply with operation guardrail.
Experience requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering, or a related field.
Strong communication skills in both Thai and English.
10+ years of experience in food product development, R&D, or innovation leadership, preferably within FMCG, or food manufacturing.
Proven track record of bringing successful food innovations to market.
Exceptional leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Passion for sustainability, health & wellness, and emerging food technologies.
Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder communication, and team leadership.
Analytical mindset with strong business and consumer orientation.
