Project Manager

• Lead the full project lifecycle: initiation, design, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
• Establish and coordinate internal and external project teams.
• Organize kick-off and regular progress meetings.
• Monitor and report project progress.
• Manage priorities and resolve bottlenecks.
• Make critical decisions during challenging discussions.
• Conduct budget/project evaluation meetings post-project.

• Oversee contract acceptance and compliance.
• Monitor invoicing and payment processes.
• Manage contracts with major subcontractors.
• Handle contract deviations and prepare addenda as needed.

• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Promote open communication to address concerns.
• Measure and report risks throughout the project lifecycle.

• Maintain a customer-centric approach.
• Ensure transparent and proactive communication.
• Resolve conflicts and clarify assumptions.
• Keep all stakeholders informed and engaged.
• Support the sales team when required.

• Control budget through critical evaluation of supplier offers and scope definition.
• Update budget estimates regularly.
• Ensure accurate cost booking and purchase orders.
• Monitor project hour registration.

• Comply with legal and internal H&S requirements.
• Develop and communicate project-specific H&S plans.
• Conduct risk assessments and define mitigation actions.
• Ensure subcontractor compliance with H&S standards.
• Assist in incident investigations.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience preferred.
• Knowledge of PMP, Prince2, or similar project management methodologies is a plus.

• Minimum 7 years in project management.
• Experience in international project execution and multicultural environments.
• Background in boiler or process plant projects is advantageous.

• Proficiency in local language and fluent English (written and spoken).
