Preparing the project memorandum, PR & PO, power of attorney document, and any projects related document which assigned by line manager.
Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
Organizing payments and expenses submissions for the project.
Ensuring the smooth and adequate flow of information within the department/project to facilitate other business operations.
Handling inventory management of office supplies, project required supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
Preparing all payment documents accurately before submitting to project director's approval.
Coordinating between head office, plant, contractors and business partner in any matter required.
Ensuring that systems are functional and office's physical conditions are managed to support working effectiveness of the team.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Ability to understand business process and industry knowledge.
Customer-focused service provision, and people interface and corporate communications consulting.
Being proactive with good personality, ability to work under pressure and good communication skills.
Ability to use SAP would be an advantage
Ability to travel/ work upcountry and abroad.
Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).
