Sales Associate

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.

• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate packaging solutions.

• Prepare quotations, follow up on sales inquiries, and close deals.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

• Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the packaging industry.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

• Chinese language skills are a strong plus.

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is preferred.
