1. According to customer requirements, we will perform 7*24, 5*8 IDC room duty
2. Respond to incidents and execute work orders, including ad hoc work, in accordance with service SLA requirements
3. In addition to meeting the requirements of an intermediate position, you must also have the ability to identify potential risks, control risks, and continuously optimize the EOP process.
4. In addition to meeting the requirements of the intermediate position, you must have the ability to independently complete all work orders according to SOP and work order requirements, and have your own insights and continuous optimization on SOP process formulation, quality control and efficiency improvement
5. In addition to meeting the requirements of an intermediate position, you must be familiar with project management tools and methods, and have the ability to coordinate projects, optimize project processes, and achieve or exceed expected delivery.
