Manage & conduct quality assurance activities including test plan and control all activities well perform
Conduct, review, update working procedure/test instruction/test record, review lab equipment maintenance, verification and calibration plan and control all activities; Ensure to efficient with time, resource and worthwhile
Monitor daily quality performance both property test results and application performance, report daily, monthly by statistic data and analysis.
Give recommendation & closely coordinate with manufacturing and M&S if any defect or negative tendency found.
Handle & make recommendation on all quality issues, customer complaints, and support trouble shooting
Manage standard compliance of quality assurance area
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Science, Chemical Engineering
5-7 years of experience in Quality Control / Quality assurance / Plastic technology or related field
Knowledge in polymer/packaging/food technology would be an advantage
EXP. Team leader role
Have project management skill
Creativity, innovative thinking skills, problem-solving and statistical analysis
Able to communicate English
