Production Manager (Small Component - Manual Assembly)

• Oversee daily production operations, ensuring strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Plan and manage production schedules to deliver high-quality products on time and within specifications.
• Analyse production reports, lead variance investigations, and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
• Coordinate with Process Engineering (PE) for equipment maintenance and provide technical support to meet production goals.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean tools like VSM and cell lines to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and control labor costs.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards such as ISO13485, ISO9001, and FDA regulations by monitoring and resolving production quality issues.
• Lead workforce management efforts, including 5S and EHS activities, team training, motivation, and skill development to maintain a safe and productive environment

• Educational background in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, with a bachelor's degree or higher.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills, with proven experience at the management level.
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork abilities.
• Skilled in decision-making and confident in handling manual assembly processes.
• Collaborative mindset, capable of working effectively across teams and departments.
