- Lead a large HR operations team and shape the future of HR service
- Work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive innovation
- Lead a team of 20+ HR professionals across key service areas including Onboarding, Offboarding, HRIS & Master Data, Internal Communication, and Rewards operations.
- Develop and execute HR operational strategies aligned with business needs and global HR frameworks.
- Drive continuous improvement in HR processes through collaboration with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.
- Implement innovative HR solutions and ensure compliance with group-wide policies and procedures.
- Create and manage performance metrics, dashboards, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Oversee HR vendor management and budget planning to optimize service delivery.
- Partner closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders to ensure alignment and impact of HR initiatives.
- Proven experience in leading HR shared services or operational HR functions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Consultative mindset with a focus on delivering effective, scalable solutions.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline preferred.
