Site Reliability Engineer

• Maintain and optimize cloud-based infrastructure using AWS, Azure, or Tencent Cloud
• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
• Develop automation scripts and tools on Linux/Unix systems to enhance system reliability and reduce manual tasks
• Collaborate with teams to implement and monitor service-level objectives (SLOs) and service-level agreements (SLAs)
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and participate in incident response to quickly restore system stability
• Support performance tuning, scaling, and reliability improvements across distributed systems

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in a Site Reliability Engineer, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering role
• Proficiency in Java or Go programming languages
• Basic knowledge of SQL and shell scripting on Linux/Unix platforms
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes in real deployment and scaling scenarios
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider: AWS, Azure, or Tencent Cloud
• Understanding of SRE principles, including SLA/SLO management and automation best practices
• Thai native level with basic command of English (able to read documentation and participate in technical discussions)
