Job Description Duties & Responsibilities: • Manage the workshop production and efficiency of the team to ensure all projects are manufactured within budgeted man hours. • Identify potential shortfall in workshop capacity and communicate to workshop manager, Suggest overtime requirements with workshop manager as required. • Have an understand of work in the pipeline to assist in forward production planning. • Update each job status on the register throughout manufacture to allow the team to have visibility of progress • Collate daily time sheets for all operatives detailing all working hours and relevant project numbers. • Ensure up to date drawings and work instructions are in use and all superseded documents have been removed from the workshop. • Complete toolbox talks where required and breakfast briefings with the team. Communicate production expectations and timescales with the team during daily briefings. • Develop and motivate sub-contractor to ensure they achieve maximum performance. Provide feedback ensuring it is accurate, objective and helpful. • Display all workshop risk assessments and method statements and ensure they are being adhered to by all workforces. • Ensure all operatives are using the correct PPE in general and work specific tasks. • Report accidents and near misses using the correct methods and ensure the team are also aware of their responsibilities to report accidents and near misses.Job Requirement Necessary Skill / Experience • Age 30-45 years • Male only • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or any related engineering field. • At least 8 years' experience working about Production control or Fabrication control, Workshop from oil & gas, construction service company for energy or power plant. • Management experience as Senior - Leader or Supervisor level have subordinate under control 3 years. • Working knowledge of the entire Fabrication process (mold, assembly, welding for valves, piping valve, gas pipeline). • Advance conversational low-middle level in English. • Proficient in Microsoft office program. • Ability to present ideas, concepts, issues, concerns, and questions in a well thought out, positive, and professional manner. • Join immediately is preferable.
